In the past ive sent my watches to a few other places within Amcorp for servicing, but this time I choose this Store as the the watches only needed to get their batteries replaced and were common day to day brands.
It was the WORST decision I made.
The watches came back with scratches and holes in the back case. I was disgusted – If they didnt have the right tools the man running the shop shouldnt have forced it.
They were simply ruined. I gave the man a piece of my mind and said he would fix it.
It did come back a few weeks later but the scars were there, the watch just doesnt look the same. What was given in almost brand new condition came back with scratches & holes.
Spend some money and go to reliable people only.
Btw this open watch store/cubicle is on the ground floor, close to the escalator on the far left side.
