My Lenovo Laptop was having display issues while still in warranty. I called up Lenovo Malaysia Customer Service and after some troubleshooting was asked to carry in to their nearest service center in Plaza Berjaya Jalan Sultan Ismail, exact address is listed on their website as –

Now I must say that i was quite shocked with the whole experience,
1) It just looks poorly setup
2) Customer Service is almost Non Existent
3) Chaotic Collection System
4) No Q numbers given.
Now on the phone the Customer Support Team promised that they would have the part ready and I would be able to collect in an hour. But upon reaching there the guys told me to come back after a week!!!
So i came back after a week and the display was fixed. Should have checked the laptop thoroughly though – AS I LATER REALIZED THAT SLEEP DOESNT WORK WHEN COVER IS CLOSED.
So I called them up again and was asked to bring it in… as i was traveling and needed the laptop i just couldnt send it back in. So now my warranty is over and I still have the problem.
The laptop is not bad.. but after sales service is not great.
