I happened to be at this show & was kinda looking forward to it.
It was a disappointment. It had a lot of unwarranted ‘attacks’ on the poor audience that must have paid a lot of money to be right in front of this ‘almost famous’ person.
Now i have seen this comedians videos and previous shows online but the overall live performance standard is a lot lower and sicker. It was full of obscenities and personal attacks. From the guy wearing purple(or yellow) matching shoes to attacking an Indian Dr couple. This comedian made fun of the Dr’s dreams and derided his profession throughout. If i recall the Dr was a family medicine specialist – a specialty that is not heard of, from where Russel Peters comes from – but common here, probably led to the so called jokes.
And ticketpro did a poor job of organizing this in Shah Alam Indoor stadium – Poor Parking & very slow access getting into the stadium – the show started before we got in.
Overall not worth it..
