A quick check on the nearest location brought me to Samsung Service Center in Mid Valley Megamall, well its actually called Samsung Collection Service Center and is located on the 3rd Floor Gardens Mid Valley. The center itself is located behind the main samsung showroom.
I was a bit surprised as the there were only 2 counters (Sending in & Collection), you have to get a ticket and wait for your number. Its actually quite fast and you will be informed if your problem can be fixed on the same day or otherwise.
My only complaint is that I had to go there twice to fix the same problem as the technician didnt do it right the 1st time. Overall decent service center (i wouldn’t call it a center) and not so good repair quality (over worked?)
