Came across a good deal online and was actually looking to upgrade my laptop memory,
Im running windows 8.1 with 4GB memory – since windows 10 is now a free upgrade,
thought additional memory would be better. 4GB for Windows 8.1 is insufficient anyway.
So,
1st check how many slots your loptop has an what type of memory it supports.
– Some laptops only come with a single memory slot,

Quite useful – key in your laptop model and it will tell you the correct memory to get.
I choose the 8G DDR3L 1600 – btw DDR3L stands for Low voltage and apparently reduces power consumption.

Performance wise i dont know if low voltage makes a difference but the the memory size upgrade certainly does!
